Elevations of the garden, construction details, lighting plans and material choices are all chosen and documented. Conceptual designs may not have enough information for contractors to quote accurately, so in this stage we like to refine the final concept , add details to the notes for finishes and show elevations of all the major elements proposed in the design. To help convey the desired level of detail, a site set out and lighting plan is also supplied. We can also request quotes from our preferred landscape contractor and assist them with clarification. Focus on these details will ensure a quicker, accurate and more successful construction outcome.
