Garden Rooms Bring the Outdoors In

A series of garden rooms and court yards surround this new house and act as an extension to every room. Sandblasted formed concrete inform a large part of the paving palette, with blue stone flowing from the inside to the patio areas. The plunge pool with bridge and travertine wet wall are a welcome surprise in the heat of the summer tucked away down the side of the house. As much green as possible was used to help balance the built form. Ultimately this garden was all about the detail, from the front gate through to the rear bin store. Pool and landscape design by OFTB.
